Job Description

Our client is a newly established rehabilitation and body conditioning provider in Singapore, primarily serving the Japanese community.
They are currently seeking qualified Junior Physiotherapists to support the launch of their services.

Responsibilities
- Independently perform physical therapy assessments (ROM, muscle strength, gait, ADL, etc.)
- Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to individual case characteristics
- Utilize explanation and proposal skills essential for private rehabilitation
- Actively share information during conferences and case reviews
- Make advanced clinical judgments, including risk management
- Participate in a systematic 3-month training program in Japan after joining
- Improve customer satisfaction by providing safe and effective rehabilitation
- Practice evidence-based physical therapy (EBPT)
- Properly manage customer information and records
- Contribute to team-based healthcare and clinic operations
- Participate in service quality improvement initiatives

Requirement

Requirements & Preferences

(Must)
- National license as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPC (Singapore) and holding Full Registration
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience with demonstrated independent clinical judgment
- Proficient in English with effective communication skills
- Available to join by May and willing to undertake a 3-month training program in Japan (May-June)
- Possess foundational knowledge in healthcare and welfare fields
