Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to provide basic administrative and coordination support to the Founder of the firm. This role reports to a Senior Personal Assistant and is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering high-quality support and is comfortable adapting to a variety of ad-hoc tasks in a small but fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with booking appointments, updating diaries, scheduling reservations, reminders, extracurricular scheduling and special occasions
- Help with running basic errands and day-to-day personal tasks
- Support travel arrangements for the family by assisting with bookings for accommodations, flights, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, and itineraries
- Assist with personal shopping and event or restaurant bookings when required
- Research luxury lifestyle experiences, private membership clubs, and venues as assigned, and compile findings for review
- Handle any administrative work necessary eg. expense reports, updating of files and databases, or office administrative work
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/ Admin Assistant or similar role
- Fluent in English with outstanding written and verbal communication
- Conversational Hindi is advantageous to liaise with stakeholders in India, but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in luxury travel, event planning, or household management is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships.
