Description
Job Responsibilities
- Be part of the client's core network infrastructure support team providing oversight on deployment work and operations support.
- Collaborate with end user and vendor's delivery team to ensure deployment meets requirements in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update documentation and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across operations as well as completeness and adherence to the required security policies, standard and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry in the areas of core network solution design, network implementation & support
- Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP configuration, TCP/IP networking with ability to diagnose and resolve network access problem by performing network troubleshooting.
- Have experience in performing project coordination and in liaising with the user and vendor to define business requirements and implement network solutions.
- Valid CCNA certification or equivalent.
- Prior working experience in defence organisations or government ministries requiring security clearance will have an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.
