Junior Network Engineer/ IT Assistant (P)

Working Time : Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm

Location: Near Bendemeer MRT

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

Job Duties:

. Assist with basic network setup (routers, switches, Wi-Fi)

. Provide basic IT support (Windows & macOS)

. Troubleshoot common IT issues (internet, email, printers, PCs/Macs)

. Support Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace tasks

. Perform on-site and remote IT support

. Follow instructions from senior engineers and document work done

Requirements:

. Strong interest in IT, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions

. Basic computer skills (especially macOS/ Apple devices)with good attitude and communication

. Basic networking knowledge or IT-related qualification is a plus

. Exposure to real SME IT environments
