Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of patient samples utilizing techniques such as ELISA, indirect-IFT, molecular methods, particle agglutination, immunoblot, and turbidimetry, adhering strictly to established laboratory protocols. Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments, along with quality control and troubleshooting as necessary. Process specimens, analyze data, and compile reports to ensure accurate and clinically relevant results aid in disease diagnosis and treatment. Uphold standards of good laboratory practice and adhere to laboratory safety regulations. Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal clients and external providers.

Requirements

• Diploma in Biotechnology or Medical Laboratory Sciences, or Bachelor of Science in Biological, Chemical, Physical, or Clinical Laboratory Science. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous, though not essential. Prior experience with flow cytometers is beneficial but not mandatory.
