Junior Mechanical Technician (HVAC)

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Junior Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. The Junior Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, testing, repairing, producing, and overhauling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of chillers and related systems. You will collaborate with fellow technicians to support our overall chiller manufacturing process.

Requirements:

. ITE/ Poly Diploma in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.

. 1 -2 years of working experience in HVAC or Industrial Chiller fields.

. Proficient in Solidworks.

. Class 3 driving license preferred.

. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

. Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00am -5.00pm) & Saturday (8.00am -3.00pm).

Key Responsibilities:

. Manufacture industrial chillers in collaboration with other technicians, including sheet metal work, welding, assembly of refrigeration systems, electrical wiring, and temperature controller setup.

. Evaluate final products for overall performance, reliability, and safety.

. Diagnose, test, manufacture, repair, and overhaul mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of chillers and related systems according to production BOM/WO.

. Deliver chillers and components to end customers and perform on-site setup.

. Generate 2D engineering and electrical drawings using Solidworks software.

. Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range : S$ 2,800 - S$4,000
