We are looking for a creative and hands-on MarComms Executive to support the MarComms team in producing engaging creative assets and executing marketing initiatives across Timbre Group's venues and brands. This role focuses on creative production, social media content creation, basic community management, and on-ground marketing support, ensuring that campaigns and promotional activities are executed effectively across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B and live entertainment environment, including capturing contents during gigs, activations, and venue events.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative & Design Production
. Design and produce visual assets including:
Social media creatives
Event and gig posters
Digital screen visuals
Promotional banners and menus
Marketing collaterals
. Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms, venues and campaign needs.
. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and venues.
. Organize and maintain the creative asset library and ensure proper version control.
Social Media & Content Execution
. Work closely with the MarComms team to produce engaging visual content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
. Assist with content shooting and simple video edits for short-form content such as reels and stories.
. Design and adapt templates for recurring content formats.
. Support the rollout of social media campaigns and content calendars.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
. Support the MarComms team in executing 360 marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across Timbre venues..
. Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
. Assist in photoshoots, filming, and visual content preparation for campaigns and events.
Community & Digital Platform Support
. Assist with monitoring and managing basic social media comments, direct messages, and basic community day-to-day engagement across social media platforms.
. Highlight customer feedback or trends to the MarComms Manager.
. Escalate sensitive or complex customer issues to the MarComms Manager when required.
. Monitor Customer feedback and highlight insights to the MarComms team.
. Support updates to digital platforms such as website content and in-venue digital screens.
On-Ground Marketing Support
. Work closely with the operations and content & events development team to ensure marketing materials are properly implemented across venues.
. Conduct periodic site visits to capture content and ensure brand consistency across venues.
. Capture photos and video content during gigs, events, and venue activations.
. Occasional evening or weekend coverage may be required during events and major activations.
Requirements:
. 1 to 2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or social media role.
. Experience creating short-form video content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories)
. Strong sense of layout, typography, color and composition.
. Basic understanding of lighting, framing, short-form video production and editing.
. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro), Canva, CapCut, and Figma.
. Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Hands-on experience and familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and social media analytics tools is an advantage.
. Experience in community management and handling online customer interactions.
. Passion for F&B, live events, lifestyle marketing, and community engagement.
