No prior experience is required - training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities:

. Conduct site visits to assess and investigate insurance losses

. Collect information, document findings and prepare accurate reports

. Liaise with insurers, intermediaries, policyholders, service providers and vendors

. Communicate updates clearly and professionally to all stakeholders

. Maintain documentation and follow Crawford's best practices and procedures

. Build technical skills through on-the-job learning and continuous development

. Represent Crawford professionally and uphold company values in all interactions

What we are looking for:

. GCE A Level, Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

. Analytical mindset with good attention to detail

. Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships

. Customer-focused, adaptable and willing to learn

. Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
