Junior Java - Pega Developer

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Java Developers who are eager to expand their skill set by cross-training in Pega, a leading low-code automation platform. This is a great opportunity to transition into a high-demand field while leveraging your Java development expertise.

Responsibilities:
. Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications while undergoing training in Pega development.
. Participate in Pega certification programs and hands-on projects to gain expertise in the platform.
. Assist in designing and implementing workflow automation, case management, and business rules using Pega.
. Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
. Troubleshoot and debug Java and Pega applications as part of the development lifecycle.
. Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

Requirements:
. 0-2 years of experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs preferred).
. Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
. Willingness to learn and transition into Pega development.
. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
. Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
. Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms or BPM tools.
. Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
