- Experience Focus: While frontend skills are beneficial, backend experience is of greater importance.
- Work Arrangement: The office is located at IOI Central Boulevard. Preference is for the resource to be onsite five days a week for the first month. After onboarding, the schedule will transition to in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with remote work on the remaining days.
- Interview Process: There will be three rounds of interviews from client side, with the first two focusing on technical skills.
