About the Role

We are seeking a Java Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining backend applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Java
• Write and maintain Bash scripts for automation, deployment, and operational tasks
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues in development and production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for clean, maintainable code
• Support CI/CD pipelines and assist in build automation when required

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling
• Hands-on experience with Bash scripting on Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices (optional but preferred)
• Good understanding of Linux file systems, permissions, and process handling

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and services
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Location Singapore
• Notice Period ; Immediate to 30 days
