Junior Java Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise mobile application—from interpreting high-fidelity Figma designs to implementing seamless React Native frontends and supporting the Java-based backend services that power them.
• Build, test, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable code for both iOS and Android using React Native.
• Transform complex Figma wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, interactive mobile interfaces.
• Collaborate with designers to optimize user journeys, ensuring the app is intuitive, accessible, and follows platform-specific (Human Interface & Material Design) guidelines.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Java to ensure seamless data integration between the mobile frontend and the database.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience
• Design and consume RESTful APIs to connect the mobile application to backend services.

Key Skills Required

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Java application development
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend development

Good to Have

• Experience with React Native for cross-platform mobile application development
• Exposure to mobile application development (Android/iOS or cross-platform)
