Take charge of delivering high-quality, end-to-end software engineering solutions that optimize complex enterprise workflows, drive feature evolution, and enhance user experience.

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks reported within production environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy high-priority change requests (CRs) ensuring seamless integration with existing core server-side architectures.

• Perform detailed root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents to implement long-term structural fixes and refactor legacy codebases.

• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members, championing software engineering best practices.

• Collaborate closely with QA, Product Managers, and Frontend teams to validate technical requirements and ensure robust, end-to-end functionality.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience specializing in full-stack application development and backend engineering.

• Strong technical capability in Java development frameworks and building scalable server-side systems.

• Deep proficiency in handling relational database management systems, complex query optimization, and SQL scripting.

• Practical exposure to modern web technologies and frameworks, specifically ReactJS or NodeJS.

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven background in driving technical ownership, troubleshooting systems, and diagnosing production issues.
