Technical Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in software development (internships acceptable).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as: Python/Java/JavaScript / TypeScript/ReactJS/.Net etc
- Familiarity with databases like SQL, Oracle etc.
Trading/Financial Knowledge (Preferred)
- Understanding of stock markets, equity trading, derivatives, or forex.
- Familiarity with trading concepts such as: Order types (Market, Limit, Stop-Loss)
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, ETFs, futures, and options.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment.
- Willingness to learn financial domain concepts.
