Provide on-site and remote IT support to end-users, including computers, mobile devices, office equipment (printers, AV systems), and other peripherals.
Perform hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Assist in basic network troubleshooting and support, with an understanding of network structures.
Support and maintain Microsoft Windows environments and Google Workspace applications.
Maintain accurate records of company IT assets and update IT documentation as required.
Complete assigned tasks independently and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.
Diagnose technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring minimal downtime.
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
1-2 years of IT support or relevant experience fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
Experience with IT support tools and remote troubleshooting will be an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to end-users.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.
Flexible to provide both on-site and remote IT support when required.
Able to assist with ad-hoc IT projects and system upgrades.
