- Provide technical support for in-house and client systems (hardware & software).
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, printers, and security equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance (backups, virus scans, updates) and troubleshoot network issues.
- Support on-site operations and temporary IT setups when required.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with departments/clients on IT requirements.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome 1-3 years above IT support experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Team player
- Willing to work outside office hours, weekends, or holidays (off-in-lieu provided).
- Independent, resourceful, and able to handle multiple tasks.
