Junior Internal Auditor (Rubber Manufacturing)

We are hiring a Junior Internal Auditor to support internal audits and financial statement audits for a rubber manufacturing operation. The role provides handson exposure to factory operations, inventory controls, production processes, and audit support, working closely with finance, production, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with internal audits of factory operations, including raw materials, production, yield, scrap/wastage, and finished goods
Perform inventory audits, stock counts, and reconciliations
Review internal controls over purchasing, inventory, production reporting, and costing
Support financial statement audits, including audit schedules, inventory valuation, and fixed asset verification
Document audit work, findings, and follow up on corrective actions
Assist in daily reporting requirements
Assist in projects and ad hoc assignments

Ideal Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or manufacturing accounting
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Exposure to factory or inventoryheavy environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of audit concepts and internal controls
Willing to work onsite in a factory environment and learn operations is a must
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome
