Junior HRBP (Bank, 5 Months) ESY

. Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day to day HR support to assigned business units.

. Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.

. Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.

. Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.

. Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.

. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.

. Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.

. Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

. Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
