Our client is actively looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to support key HR functions including recruitment, training, staff accommodations, and leave management. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth HR operations and enhance employee satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring decisions.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports. - Training
Organize staff training sessions and onboarding programs.
Maintain training records and feedback.
Support the development of training materials. - Staff Dormitories
Oversee allocation and maintenance of staff accommodations.
Handle dormitory issues and coordinate with vendors or landlords.
Maintain occupancy records. - Staff Leave
Manage leave applications and update leave records.
Ensure leave policies are communicated and followed.
Generate monthly leave reports.
Requirements:
- NITEC / Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as you will need to interact with Mandarin speaking counterparts at times
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Pleasant, down-to-earth and enjoys routine work and support functions
- Able to start work ASAP will be an added advantage
