About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. This role will provide broad exposure across core HR functions, supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and various initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation tracking, contract preparation, and offboarding
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and monthly headcount submissions
- Handle general employee queries and escalate as necessary
- Coordinate internal HR communications, trainings, and engagement activities
- Support recruitment logistics (e.g. interview scheduling, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Liaise with external vendors for medical, insurance, and other HR-related matters
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR support or administrative roles
- Familiar with local employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with HRIS is a plus
