Junior HR Executive (Learning & Development) (1 year contract)

My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive on a 1-year contract to support our Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and execution of training programmes, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management
• Support the creation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content
• Facilitate post-training evaluations and compile feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support across HR and L&OD activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated interest in learning & development, organizational behaviour, or HR functions
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) familiarity or interest in HR systems is advantageous
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
