Job Scope
- Manage end-to-end hiring (job posting, screening, interviews, offers)
- Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Support onboarding and new hire documentation
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Ensure hiring processes follow company policies and regulations
Requirement
- Min Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Business related field of study
