We are a growing company seeking a Junior HR Executive to support daily HR operations. This role is suitable for individuals eager to learn and career switchers transitioning into the Human Resources field. You will assist with HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and standard HR letters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Support payroll preparation by tracking attendance, leave records, and staff claims
  • Handle employee and job-related enquiries via the Company's HR contact number
  • Perform general HR administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of HR / administrative / coordinator experience
  • Career switchers with relevant administrative or coordination experience are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR practices is an advantage
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role requires interaction with English- and Chinese-speaking employees and candidates
  • Comfortable with speaking on the phone and face-to-face
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently
