Job Description

Want to see your designs come to life in the real world We are looking for an imaginative and energetic Junior Designer. In this role, you will get hands-on experience designing impactful graphics and engaging social content.

The graphics you create will be published and displayed at large-scale, real-life events.

What You'll Do

• Design for Impact: Conceptualize and create digital and print graphics for various marketing campaigns and massive live events using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing & Creative team to brainstorm campaign ideas & execution.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work side-by-side with experienced creatives and marketers, participating in brainstorming sessions and learning how to build campaigns from the ground up.

Job Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A strong understanding of current trends on TikTok and Instagram, with basic skills in shooting and editing short-form video content.
• A keen eye for visual aesthetics, typography, and layout, coupled with an eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a highly creative, fast-moving environment.

Bonus

Completed a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
