The Job
About the Role
- Join a public sector team focused on creating engaging visual communications that support public education and community outreach initiatives.
- Be involved in the end-to-end design process, from concept development to the production of digital and print materials.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce publicity materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, social media content, presentation slides, and video assets.
- Support creative campaigns and outreach initiatives through graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Ensure materials adhere to branding guidelines and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine creative concepts.
- Prepare presentation materials, visual mock-ups, and design proposals.
- Coordinate with vendors and support procurement or tender-related documentation where required.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver quality outputs within timelines.
The Talent
- Basic video editing skills and use iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut etc is essential
- Proficient in use of Adobe Illustrator and all Microsoft Powerpoint or any other related slide apps.
- Additional knowledge in AutoCAD/ Bentley Microstation/ ArcGIS is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
