About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Functional Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to build a career in consulting. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing and supporting ERP/financial systems.
• Work closely with senior consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training.
• Provide ongoing support to clients in resolving system-related queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
