BestInBrands is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our Engineering team in Singapore. You will work alongside our Tech Lead to develop, maintain, and improve the internal applications that power our daily operations.

. Develop and maintain internal web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, working across the fullstack from UI to API to database
. Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, agentic tools) daily to accelerate coding, debugging, and prototyping - vibe coding is how we build here
. Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead on architecture decisions, code reviews, and sprint planning using SCRUM/Agile methodology
. Deploy and maintain applications on self-managed infrastructure (Ubuntu servers, Nginx, SSL, CI/CD via GitLab)
. Write clean, well-commented,and well-organized code following established project conventions and folder structures
. Troubleshoot production issues,write bug fixes, and ensure code quality through testing and review
. Contribute to internal tooling and automation scripts that streamline business operations
. Participate in the full software delivery lifecycle, from ideation to deployment to monitoring
You don't need to master everything on day one, but you should be comfortable with most of the following:
Category / Technologies
. 0-2 years of experience in full-stack web development (internships, personal projects, or bootcamp projects count)
. Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and comfort working with React or Next.js
. Familiarity with Node.js for backend development and REST API design
. Basic knowledge of MongoDB/MySQL/PostGre
. Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows
. Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine curiosity for learning new technologies
. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) - you'll be working with a distributed team across Singapore, Bangladesh and Dubai
. Already using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) - if you're already vibe coding, you'll fit right in
. Experience deploying applications on Vercel or managing Linux servers (Ubuntu, Nginx)
. Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics
. Interest in or experience with Shopify development, Salesforce, or e-commerce platforms
. Familiarity with Python is a plus but not required
. A cutting-edge developmentenvironment - learn AI-assisted development and vibe coding as a real production methodology, not just a side experiment
. Exposure to the full life cycle of software development: architecture, development, deployment, infrastructure, and maintenance
. Work on meaningful internaltools that have direct impact on business operations
. A small, agile team where your contributions are visible and valued from day one
