Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist to support OJJ's business operations in Singapore. This temporary role offers a hands-on opportunity to assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
You will work closely with the finance team and business stakeholders to analyse financial performance, prepare reports, and maintain financial models. This is an excellent role for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain practical FP&A experience and exposure to corporate finance processes in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial outlooks
- Assist in analysing variances in bookings, revenue, and expenses, and provide insights on business performance
- Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update financial models to reflect assumptions and actual performance
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and support financial planning processes
- Track and monitor expenses against budget, highlighting discrepancies
- Assist in improving reporting processes and tools for efficiency and accuracy
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for business initiatives as required

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, including internships
- Familiarity with basic financial concepts such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
