Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide Level 1 helpdesk & end-user support
- Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers & mobile devices
- Support Windows / basic macOS issues
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Outlook & Teams
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN & VPN connectivity
- Handle password resets, account unlocks & MFA support
- Perform basic antivirus / security checks
- Support device setup, tagging & asset inventory
- Log and update tickets accurately
- Escalate more complex issues to L2
REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2 years IT support experience
- Fresh graduates / candidates with internship or part-time IT support experience welcome
- Good troubleshooting & communication skills
- Customer-service oriented and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced support environment
Nice to have: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
