At editlounge, we're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Junior Video Editor who loves storytelling, has a great sense of rhythm and isn't afraid to experiment.

We work across television, streaming, branded content and digital platforms, creating everything from compelling documentaries to high-energy entertainment and social content.

We're also embracing the next generation of creative tools, including AI, and we're looking for people excited to explore what's possible.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Editing engaging content across television, digital and social platforms.
Working alongside experienced editors and creatives to bring stories to life.
Assembling footage, shaping sequences and developing compelling narratives.
Experimenting with AI-powered editing tools and new creative workflows.
Supporting the post-production team with media preparation, project organisation and finishing.
Developing your skills across editing, sound, colour and visual storytelling.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A genuine passion for editing, storytelling and visual creativity.
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid or similar editing software.
A good sense of timing, pacing, music and visual storytelling.
Curiosity about AI and how it's changing the creative industry.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
A collaborative attitude, initiative and plenty of creative ideas.

Some professional editing experience would be great, but we're just as interested in your potential, attitude and creative instincts.
