Junior E-Commerce Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior E-Commerce Executive to support day-to-day operations across online platforms and offline retail channels such as departmental stores and chain pharmacies.
This role focuses on execution, coordination, and learning commercial operations end-to-end.

You keep campaigns running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.

• Assist with product listings, pricing updates, and promotions.

• Support offline trade marketing execution in departmental stores and chain pharmacies.

• Coordinate in-store promotions and merchandising activities.

• Assist B2B marketing operations and partner activations.

• Track basic sales and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in e-commerce, marketing, or retail operations.

• Exposure to online platforms or marketplaces.

• Some experience in trade marketing or retail support.

• Interest in health supplements or wellness products is an advantage.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
