We're looking for a hands-on and driven Junior DevOps Engineer (On-Site) to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with foundational IT support experience who wants to build a long-term career in Cloud and DevOps engineering.

Key Responsibilities
DevOps & Cloud (70%)
- Learn and work with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
- Support containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Assist in CI/CD pipeline implementation (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
- Work with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform)
- Support hybrid infrastructure (cloud + on-premises servers)
- Assist in deploying and maintaining AI/ML models in production
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers and healthcare teams
IT Support (20- 30%)
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, printers, and connectivity problems (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and procurement.
- Support Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Ensure systems are updated with patches and basic security controls.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- (Recent Graduates preferred)
- At least 1 year of IT support experience (internships considered)
- Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, VPN)
- Exposure to cloud platforms, scripting, or DevOps tools is a plus
- Hands-on mindset and comfortable working with both hardware & software
- Strong troubleshooting skills, communication abilities, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset are essential.

- AWS / GCP certifications (or actively pursuing)
- Experience with Git, Docker, or basic scripting
