We're seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer (onsite) who can manage day-to-day technical and facility-related tasks while having the opportunity to learn and grow into Cloud or DevOps roles. DevOps
- DevOps Fundamentals: Master cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation
- Hybrid Infrastructure: Manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including physical servers in our Singapore office
- AI/ML Operations: Learn to deploy and manage AI models in production environments
- Device Management: Implement MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions for our fleet of tablets and phones used by therapists
- Modern Tool Stack: Get certified in industry-leading tools like Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and monitoring solutions
- Security Practices: Understand healthcare compliance requirements and security best practices for both digital and physical assets
- Agile Collaboration: Work alongside developers, AI engineers, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced startup environment
Physical Infrastructure Responsibilities
- IT Asset Management: Oversee company hardware inventory including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for our healthcare professionals
- Server Room Management: Monitor and maintain on-premise servers, including hardware health checks and capacity planning
- Endpoint Support: Configure and deploy laptops/desktops for new team members with automated provisioning
- Mobile Devices Management: Maintain inventory and deployment of iOS/Android devices
- Asset Tracking: Implement and maintain asset management systems for hardware lifecycle tracking
- Vendor Coordination: Work with hardware vendors for procurement, warranties, and support
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Some experience in IT support / coding skills is preferred
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, scripting, or DevOps tools is a plus.
- Hands-on, eager to learn DevOps, and comfortable with both software & hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
