Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely execution of setup tasks.
- Track progress and follow up on infrastructure-related activities and issues.
System Setup & Maintenance
- Assist in coordinating Operating System upgrades across environments.
- Support the scheduling and execution of patching activities.
- Help document upgrade and patching procedures.
Connectivity & Security
- Coordinate the setup of Connect: Direct for secure file transfers with other applications
- Assist in SSH key generation and setup for secure access.
- Ensure proper documentation of connectivity configurations.
Job Scheduling
- Support the creation and monitoring of Control-M jobs.
- Work with relevant teams to gather job requirements and dependencies.
- Maintain logs and reports of job executions and failures.
Environment Setup
- Help provision and configure development, testing, and production environments.
- Ensure environment readiness by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Document environment specifications and changes.
Skills :
- Familiarity with Windows systems.
- Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.
- Basic knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell and batch script
- Understanding of secure file transfer protocols and SSH, Connect Direct
- Understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, Big Bucket
- Experience working on Linux/Unix platforms, Shell scripting
- Experience with databases like MSSQL and Oracle
- Experience in Dev-Ops concepts and tools
- Experience in designing and implementing integration with MQ, microservices and high-volume batch processing.
- Experience source control and release management tools
