[Role Overview]

Weare seeking a highly capable QA Specialist to establish and manage project quality standards. This role will play acritical role in setting up delivery quality and assurance, consist of Project management office governing structure and quantifying the deliverable quality, and consistent monitoring. The role will help to establish the foundation for successful delivery of programs/projects LG CNS Singapore branch.

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with Korea Headquarters to build a comprehensive quality standard framework and take responsibility for applying and managing standardized processes to ensure quality assurance across all projects.

[Key Responsibilities]

. Establish project quality governance and quality assurance process

. Implement and provide guidance on QA processes the project full SDLC

. Conduct quality reviews on project deliverables, documentation, and test results.

. Manage defect tracking and resolution processes using tools such as JIRA.

. Monitor project progress and key quality metrics

. Collaborate with Korea HQ to improve quality standards and provide regular status updates.

[Required Skills]

. Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field

. 10+years of experience in project management, testing or quality assurance related field

. Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects

. Familiarity with large-scale transformations

. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and test strategies/approach

. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint

. Business level of Korean or Japanese proficiency would be a great advantage

[Required Qualifications]

. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management or Quality Assurance (QA) within SI projects or Software Development

. Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects

. In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC, project methodologies, and IT quality standards.

. Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and test strategies/approach

. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office automation tools.

[Preferred Qualifications]

. Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.

. PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma, ISTQB, or CSQE or similar certification

. proficiency in project and test management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Xray, and Zephyr.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

. Analytical mindset with attention to detail

. Continuous improvement mind set

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment

. Self-disciplined
