The Junior Customer Service Technician is responsible for providing pre & post-sales technical support to clients.
Accountabilities
. Responsible for technical and administrative support activities including installation, testing, repair, modifications, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, client product training, etc.
. Ensure timely, professionaland service oriented response to service calls.
. Represents the company in customer care role, hence responsible for customer's satisfaction with communication and service work quality.
. Undertake transportation of (desktop) machines to & from site when required.
