Perform new product lab test, customer environment qualification and integration.
Telecom core network (voice core, packet core) related product and solution installation, commissioning, integration, optimization.
Participate in core network (voice core, packet core) area trouble shooting, remote / on-site support and emergency recovery activities.
Involve in the System / Function Verification, trial project and support activities.
Provide technical support in core network (voice core, packet core) area towards Market Unit / Regional groups, Customer solution, and other department.
Provide Customer on-site training as required.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding of telecom network technologies is preferred.
Fundamental knowledge of IP networking, Linux/Unix systems, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
Exposure to CCNP concepts, 3GPP standards, or radio/network architecture is a plus.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, scripting) is an added advantage.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to quality and efficiency.
Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) heavily deal with Chinese counterparts in HQ.
