Job Requirements
Role Purpose
- Support project teams in administering contracts and managing commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary, multinational project environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications.
- Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English.
- Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs.
- Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims.
- Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence.
- Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities and maintain commercial trackers.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups; maintain documentation quality.
- Apply company contract management standards, templates, and controls.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- 23 years in contract administration, commercial support or handling of claims, and analysis of
Terms and Conditions of Contract.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
- Experience in the energy sector (O&G, power generation, EPC/EPCM) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English; able to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses.
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.
- Mobility: Occasional business travel might be necessary.
