We're looking for a hands-on and motivated Junior Technician to support the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial coffee machines across our outlets and client locations.

Your Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines for outlets, clients and vendors.
Install, set up, relocate and retrieve coffee machines when required.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out basic repairs.
Calibrate fully automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines to maintain consistent coffee quality.
Respond promptly to service requests to minimise equipment downtime.
Maintain accurate servicing records and report equipment issues.
Keep tools, spare parts and work areas organised.
Assist with monthly inventory stock counts.
Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For

NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in a technical field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in equipment servicing or technical maintenance is an advantage.
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting knowledge.
Comfortable with hands-on work and handling heavy equipment safely.
Valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
Good problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
