Job Description

  • Assist in the clinic's day to day operations and functions.
  • Provide nursing support.
  • Assist the Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
  • Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
  • Other duties assigned by the Medical Director as required.
