Job Responsibilities
Understand and operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi Point, Floor, and Projection
Ensure the security of the cinema premises and equipment at the end of each shift
Perform opening and closing of the cinema, including cash handling and adherence to opening and closing procedures
Ensure readiness and proper presentation of all areas within the cinema during operating hours
Ensure staff adopt and comply with proper operating procedures in projection, concession, floor, and ticketing duties
Maintain work discipline and report any staff misconduct to the Manager for appropriate follow-up action
Conduct training and coaching for Cinema Service Crew
Assist in handling customer complaints and service recovery
Assist with group bookings and sales of vouchers
Be familiar with breakdown and emergency procedures
Undertake special assignments and projects as required
Job Requirements
Professional Certificate / NITEC / Diploma / Advanced or Higher Diploma in any field
Service-oriented, hardworking, and willing to learn
Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel, both internally and externally
Willing to perform rotating shifts with flexible working hours
Candidates with F&B experience will be favourably considered
Possession of a valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage
Must be fully vaccinated
