Job Description

Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations .

Supervise kitchen staffs, ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards, and maintain food quality and consistency.

Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and assist with inventory, scheduling, and staff training.

Cost control and make sure no running out of preperation iterms or Kitchen inventory by reordering ontime and report to Head Chef
