Job Summary
Join A2000 Solutions as a Business Process Consultant to deliver tailored ERP solutions through pre-sales support, system implementation, user training, and ongoing customer service, enhancing client satisfaction and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business requirements to deliver customized ERP product demonstrations that address specific needs
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project schedules to ensure timely and successful ERP system implementations
- Conduct comprehensive user training sessions to facilitate effective system adoption and usage
- Provide ongoing customer support by troubleshooting issues, retraining users, and responding to technical enquiries promptly
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and networking activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Partner with the Sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, enhancing customer confidence
- Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations and ensure customer success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Exposure to sales, pre-sales, project management or accounting is advantageous but not compulsory. We welcome fresh graduates training will be provided.
