Job Description:
Campaign Management
- Project-based role focusing on execute campaign, end-to-end management including marketing operation aspect to drive new user acquisition and sale target for an insurance product
- Regularly review and analyze key performance metrics to improve campaign performance
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimisation of marketing campaigns
- Identify business opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
Project Management & Operations
- Perform marketing operation tasks e.g. voucher generation, artwork briefing and media set-up
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaign/ project
- Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the project plan with cross-functionally e.g. legal, marketing, finance, IT, and CS team
- Support other special project as requested
Requirements:
- Must have insurance knowledge.
- Preferred to hold a life/non-life brokerage license.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experiences in marketing, business development, or account management for 1-2 years.
- Prior experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management in fast-paced environment will be a bonus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English.
- Strong presentation abilities, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and executional abilities.
