Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Backend Developer to join our Singapore-based team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience who are passionate about backend development and eager to work with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Golang.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and testing.
Optimize application performance, ensure system reliability, and write clean, maintainable code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Familiarity with Golang or similar backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++).
Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive learning attitude.
Proficiency in Chinese is required to read and process Chinese-language technical documentation, system data, and effectively collaborate with our Chinese-speaking external technical vendors/stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong team-player mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to have):

Prior internship or academic project experience in backend development or cloud services.
Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API development (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL).
Familiarity with microservices architecture or containerization tools (e.g., Docker).
