As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a Singaporequalified Junior disputes lawyer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation and arbitration matters across a broad range of industries, including construction, energy, aviation, corporate disputes, technology, and crypto-related matters.
- Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex, highstakes cases.
- Liaise directly with clients from diverse sectors, providing clear, commercially sound advice.
- Assist with drafting pleadings, submissions, research notes, witness statements, and hearing bundles.
- Support the team in strategy development, case preparation, and advocacy where appropriate.
Key Requirements
- Singaporequalified lawyer with 13 years PQE in litigation, arbitration, or general disputes.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative team player with a strong sense of professional responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in commercial disputes or crossborder matters will be viewed favourably.
