- Meeting and advising clients on procuring the best and most appropriate contracts for the work they are undertaking.
- Preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings.
- Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications.
- Liaising with appropriate authorities to obtain statutory approval.
- Coordinating and liaising with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers and project managers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
- Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant.
- Following up with the detailed design process and coordinating design information.
- Conducting site visits, managing client relationships and presenting design proposals to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry
- Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks and relevant building codes
- Exceptional technical skills including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modeling and other design tools
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering high quality, innovative designs.
- Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
