What You'll Do
- Meeting and advising clients on procuring the best and most appropriate contracts for the work they are undertaking
- Preparation of tender documentation and construction drawings
- Assisting in administering contracts and project certifications
- Liaising with appropriate authorities (e.g. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval
- Coordinating and liaising with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions
- Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant
- Follow up with detailed design process and co-ordinating design information
- Conduct site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry preferably in industrial, hospitality
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Singapore
- Exceptional technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software, 3D modelling, and other industry-standard design tools
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment
- Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious
