Junior Analyst Programmer

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Analyst Programmers to join the project and provide technical expertise in SharePoint and .NET development. As the project transitions into the iNex Migration Project, these additional resources will play a critical role in supporting ongoing operations and upcoming initiatives. The ideal candidates should possess strong technical skills as well as the ability to assess business impacts, ensuring seamless operations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and maintain solutions on SharePoint Online / SharePoint Cloud.

. Perform SharePoint migration using tools such as ShareGate, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.

. Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core, SPFx (ReactJS), and PowerShell scripting.

. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across SharePoint and related technologies.

. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to assess requirements and communicate potential business impacts.

. Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations with agility and adaptability.

. Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies

. Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint development and administration, preferably with SharePoint Cloud / Online.

. Proficiency in ShareGate migration tool for SharePoint.

Technical expertise in:

.NET Core

. SPFx (ReactJS)

. PowerShell scripting

. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

. Ability to translate technical challenges into clear business impacts and solutions.

. Quick learner with flexibility to adapt to changing operational and project needs.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

. Prior experience working on large-scale SharePoint projects (e.g., iNex, ALM or similar).

. Experience working in Singapore-based IT environments.

. Familiarity with enterprise-level migration projects.
