Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to support our business and real estate advisory functions. This role offers exposure to investment sales, capital markets transactions, and strategic advisory across a range of asset classes including commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in research, financial analysis, and deal execution, working closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality insights and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analysis on Singapore's real estate sectors, including office, retail, industrial, and residential markets
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, investment memoranda, and marketing collateral
  • Track and analyse market transactions, trends, and key economic indicators
  • Support deal execution processes including data room management, due diligence coordination, and client reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and relevant stakeholders where required
  • Maintain databases of comparable transactions, leasing benchmarks, and market intelligence
  • Support financial modelling, including residual land valuations, cash flow projections, valuation analysis (DCF, comparable sales, investment method), and scenario testing, will be advantageous

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships in real estate, finance, consulting, or banking will be advantageous)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Advantageous but not mandatory)

  • Knowledge of Singapore planning parameters, URA guidelines, and development processes
  • Exposure to capital markets transactions or investment sales
